In my 25 + year work history, and 12 years of bar experience, I have never been more rudely ignored, disrespected, and then forced out of employment due to the lack of communication and proper staffing. I can openly, honestly, and sincerely say that my work experience with this joke of a management team sickens me. It's very sad that these people are still employed and running a department ass backwards. I would never recommend employment for anyone in the department which I once worked and eventually left. I could no longer put up with being ignored by management, for I would have to constantly complain of an unstocked unclean bar following (co-workers) previous shift. This went on an off for months. I was overlooked all this time and no voice could be heard. So now without my daily efforts and upkeep going forward, that bar will struggle... LOL, True Story!!! I gave up making great money for my sanity and happiness , to persue real professionalism elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN.....
