For a $200+ room per night at a highly rated hotel, would have expected to have soap in my room on the day I arrived and toilet paper that wasn't that so thin and cheap it is impossible to cleanly pull off the roll. When I asked for soap, the house staff reassuringly told me it was a free extra and didn't really believe I never had any to begin with. The soap isn't nice enough to want to steal. The room however is fantastic even without a mini fridge or coffee machine. Spacious with high quality furnishings. All of the security people are extremely friendly and happy to point you in the right direction, which is good because you will inevitably get lost at least once due to the impressive size of the place.
