I really enjoyed the room at Harrah's it was clean and very modern. The shower is amazing. We ate at Dos Caminos and the Steak house. The service was great. The food at Dos Caminos was okay nothing to get excited about and the portions were very small. The Steaks at the steak house were good but again nothing to out of this world. There's not much to do at Harrah's other then the gambling. There's a pool and hot tubs the pool area becomes a club at night but it's a bit pricey for $25pp with just music and nowhere to sit unless you are a VIP. We also tried the Buffet at Harrah's which cost us over $20 pp for again okay food. The coffee was watered down and the bacon was extremely greasy. In my opinion not worth the cost. Harrah's is far from the strip. A cab ride will cost you $13 each way. Harrah's is a hotel for the younger generation maybe 20's to 30's. If you don't want to do anything but gamble and you don't mind the younger crowd this is your place. I did like that I was able to check out over the phone. Next time I return I will choose a hotel on the strip where I can be close to other activities, shopping and have more Dinner options.
