I have never have a good experience here. The staff seems out of it at all times and don't seem to care about the overall vibe of the casino. The most recent time I came here was with a legitimate paper ID that I just was issued in Texas after moving there. I got through airport security and was admitted into Horseshoe Casino. I come here and the security and management was unwilling to help verify it. I understand process and laws, but there's a certain degree of customer service you expect going into a business where you're more than likely going to spend money. If you just want to throw money on the blackjack, poker, or roulette table and not necessarily have a good time, then this is your place. Just don't expect to be treated with dignity.
