I had booked this casino months in advance to see Travis Tritt. It was the biggest disappointment of the whole trip. I am disabled my dad is 80 years old. We checked in they put us upstairs to all our luggage ourselves. They told me the elevator was right around the corner well it was down a long hall and another half a hall. We I got there no ice we were hot and tired. So my dad walked down stairs to get ice still no ice. The carpet was pulled up in the halls, dirty. I went back and called the office they said they would bring us some we still did not get ice.I tried to turn on 3 lights and no light bulbs. Finally we said let's go to casino. Well we went outside looking and a shuttle bus had to take us. The front desk staff slept all night so thank god there was no emergency. Two people were sleeping on the benches in the lounge area. They finally had ice and that didn't even wake anyone down there up. I have been to Ballys in atlantic city, vegas. That's why I booked this room in Tunica but listen to me NEVER AGAIN........no television stations, nasty, unfriendly
