I was treated like a incompetent child then when I complained it maid the situation worse and they swept it under the rug like it was no big deal here is what happened first I had to ask at least 4 employees what time the shuttle leaves. I showed up at least 8 minutes early as the the driver is leaving. I tried to flag him down but he kept going so a hour later he shows back up and I bring it to his attention he proceeds to argue with me for 5 minutes and tells me I don't know what I'm talking about and I don't know how to tell time and makes me feel like an incompetent child so I go inside and ask to speak to a manager and the employee makes me wait for the manager for at least 10-15 minutes just to tell me go down to the front desk and ask for this person so I do that and as they go to look for this person I miss the next shuttle just to be told they're not in nothing they can do -
Since this nightmare I have been in communication with a representative and explained what happened I have not heard back since and I dought they will make any effort to make the situation right. Once again I believe it will be swept under the rug like its no big deal
