The head chef was fired on short notice last week. The restaurant has not recovered. When I order a $150 fish I expect the experience to leave feeling flavor satisfied. The Bronzino was completely without flavor. The sauce was supposed to be a citrus oil, but had absolutely no citrus flavor. It was served with bland fingerling potatoes and undercooked flavorless zucchini slices. Forget the fish.
The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because we had the egg ravioli and it was absolutely divine. The most flavorful thing I've had in Vegas. Unfortunately it was a recipe from the head chef who was just fired.
Don't expect to get out of this restaurant for less than $100-200 per person.
The waiting staff was very attentive and knowledgable. On waiting alone they would be a 5 star restaurant.
