Room looks huge and great, but missing essentials.
Toiletries and towels are cheap and of poor quality, kettle is not in the room and has to be "ordered and paid", and even then it takes 45 minutes for them to bring it to the room. Keys are frequently unusable and it takes them half an hour to bring new ones. Check in person forgot to take my credit card (although room is prepaid) and he was chasing me with two phone calls and an uninvited room visit to take it, despite me telling him I'll do it tonight.
Service is just horrible. I don't know how this can be a 5-star hotel.
