We arrived in the restaurant for our Christmass dinner. The waiter was so extremely arrogant and unfriendly right from the start. We were designated to a table and we were not allowed to sit in the lounge area. The food came from Tschingg below and was decent. The table was set for 8 people - we were only 7 BUT on the bill we were charged for 8!!!!! I personally have never been treated so badly in any Zurich restaurant before. They do not accept American Express, then we tried to pay with a thousand franc bill (cash) and they didn't accept that as well. Absolutely disgusting service (the waiter only spoke Italian) Awful- Never again
