So after waiting over an hour to be seated we finally ask how much longer until we can sit because the place doesn't looked packed and are curious why it's taking so long. We are told that there was an error in our ticket and can be seated. We are given elygym as a waiter and he neither greets us or says anything nice and simply asks us "what do we want..." Throughout the night he doesn't say a word to us. No how's the food, no can I get you water or napkins or anything. We had to flag his attention to get my wife's broccoli replaced and he snatched the plate when we told him so. When we were fed up and ready to leave we had to ask another server for our check because elgym was no where to be found. They must have given him a heads up because next thing we know he comes and hands us our check. Doesn't say a word to us. I glance at the total put my card in and go to hand it back to him and he has already walked away. We then both sat and watched as he was SITTING and chatting with another customer. When he was finally finished with his conversation he took our check. Our card was declined and he made an announcement to the entire sitting area. We gave him cash and when he gave us our change again not a word not a look. The service was so bad it felt strange. Almost as though he didn't care. I love the franchise but this particular visit at this location was awful.
