It's a nice and clean casino but I expected much more. Thought it would be bigger and have the best buffet of the socal casinos. The casino is like the same size as Barona and Sycuan. Of the socal casino buffets I'd rank it 4th of the 5 I've been to. They have the lobster but that is really the only decent thing and you also don't get a free buffet on your first trip like the others. Pala and Barona are much much better and Viejas is better with the all u can drink. Valley View does have the nicest hotel and staff of them all though. Came with a free breakfast too which was pretty good. Clean rooms and great views. The giant TV at the bar was pretty cool too. Depends what you are looking for. Me and the wife spent about 200 each gambling and didn't get comped for anything. Money back on your first trip was kinda cool, guess it evens out the buffet price. TLDR: Loved the hotel, wasn't impressed with casino or buffet.
