We have stayed at the hotel several times in the past and always had a good experience. We went last weekend and our room was horrible. Besides not having a coffee maker or refrigerator there were chewed up sunflower seeds on the floor one of the chairs had burn holes in it the other one had rips in the "leather". When we looked at the bed there was no mattress cover and the sheets didn't even fit. My husband called the front desk and we were informed housekeeping was running behind that's why the bed was like that. He asked that someone come up and look at our room and they were too busy. We paid $200.for one night. They offered us 10% off. We went to dinner at the noodle bar and had to stand in line for an hour and a half. The food was ok the menu is limited and was much better before closing. We were with 6 other people and almost everyone had leftovers that they wanted to keep but couldn't because there was nowhere to keep it. We spent a lot of money for the weekend and were very unhappy with the way we were treated when we had a complaint. In the morning we wanted coffee and we opened the book on the desk to find out how much it was and our book was empty not a single piece of information however the inside was colored with crayons. We will not be going back for quite some time. We were very disappointed.
