I was just in Las Vegas from the 7-10th of March 2016. The last night me and my wife were in Vegas we were walking the strip going in all the casino's playing a little and taking a look around. Harrah's was a huge disappointment. We stopped and played Texas Hold'em Bonus a very fun table game. after about 20 minutes I asked the dealer is he could request a cocktail waitress and he did, after another 20 minutes went by I asked again. At this point I am getting a little frustrated. After another 40 minutes and requesting 2 other times I was really aggravated and Paul the dealer at the table was great, super nice and apologetic but it was not in his control and nothing to do with his job. I then asked to speak with a manager and I had already spoke to the pit boss but she was unable to say or do anything about it. I then asked to speak with her manager and she said he would be right out. After waiting 10-15 minutes we were done wasting anymore time at this casino, We left with out speaking to the manger because it was taking to long and it was our last night in Vegas and I will be returning to Vegas next month but I will be sure not to stop at this hotel again and I strongly suggest avoiding this casino if you are looking for good service.
