Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar

Atmosphere was typical bar type of feel with fairly loud rock music and casual appeal. Tried the Fireball wings, good flavor, not that much heat; his take on the traditional Buffalo wings. Our group ordered the French dip, Caesar salad, chicken sandwich, and the 68 sandwich. All were good, but fairly simple in flavor. The house made Caesar dressing was tasty, but still its just Caesar. The 68 sandwich seemed unique (array of peppers, onions, and sausage in a split hoagie roll), but at the end of the day resembled a spiced up version of a hotdog. Good beer selection, and shot selection. Glad I stopped by, but fairly midstream, especially for Vegas.
