Stayed here while visiting family back in the Fall. Due to an unfortunate experience at another hotel-casino, we contacted several others nearby to see if we could just find a better experience...and all were fully booked up. Bummed out, and on a whim, we went to CJ's and, I must say, that their entire team went above and beyond for my family. I want to give a big shout out to Isabella and her shift manager, Edward. I don't know what ALL they had to do to pull out a win for us, but they listened very carefully and spent over an hour working together through every detail of our complicated situation -- they found rooms for all of us, including a very nice suite, consolidated near each other. All of the staff acted grateful for our business. In fact, all of us noticed how they seemed to want to "serve" every guest there. What a difference that makes to everyone's experience! The casino was updated, neat, clean and fun; and, the food and beverages at the Brown Rock Sports Café were delicious. Thank you, Cadillac Jack's, for hosting us and saving our vacation -- we truly had a wonderful time! We will definitely return!
