My fiance and i chose this restaurant purely on the name of Gordon Ramsey. We sat down at our seat and had to find our waiter (we almost went to the bar to order our drinks). We had to remind our waiter that we ordered our drinks. We ordered burgers medium rare, which ended up well done. The truffle fries had no taste to them, and the price off all this was way too high for the quality. We then looked up the reviews of the restaurant and realized our mistake. For a chef who prides himself on quality, it sounds like he has not done his due diligence on his own Vegas restaurant.
