We came in to the hotel at 10:00 am and asked for an early check in but, we were asked to come back in a couple of hours. We came back at 2:00 pm which is after a regular check in time and one of the fron desk employees said "i told to come back in a couple of hours, not several hours!" Who says that? Im shocked!!!! Eventually we came back at 4:30 pm and he said your room is not ready but will put you in a different room. Room was spacious, until i took my shoes off and realized that the floors were wet and smelled like cheap alcohol has been spilled everywhere.
I called the front Desk to mention the situation and while talking on the phone she had told me that im inturupting her???!!!! And she said im gonna hung up right now??? I have never seen this at any hotel in Vegas before. I stayed at the Bellagio a couple of nights a go, paid 3x as much but was worth every penny.
Do not ever come here! Manager and all hotel front desk are extremely RUDE!!!! I will work my best with my evidence to take this further!
