My wife and I went on february 25 to the constellation and we where very excited. As soon as we got there they were offering a special restaurant for $35 per person. we read the menu for tuscany and look ed very pleasant. we stayed in a balcony room . when we were watching the sunset of the beautiful city of fort lauderdale i went to the restroom and saw in different corners of the room hairs and dust. i called my room attendant and showed him the pictures. He apologized and cleaned the room, and brought us a very nice bottle of champagne. We went the next day to the tuscany restaurant, and asked for the Chilean sea bass. and it was 1/2'' thick with the skin and overcooked . My wife asked for the shrimp , overcooked too, the service was great though. We went to the Guest relation and ask for the full refund. the rest of the days we went to the dinning room the food and service were very good. The shows were really good too.
