The latest experience I had was when we went Easter week 2016. We've had better experiences in the past and this time it was average at beet. We did go to another hotel that is a part of Total Rewards Casino hotels (Ballys') and that was horrendous compared to Harrah's. Harrah's pretty much saved the trip for our 4 day stay. We had great food and good portions. The room was decent it was a "room with a view " aka mostly a wall and some water. Not romantic at all. We made the best of the stay. Unfortunately overall from the years we have stayed and played there was a definite decline in service save a few staff members that went beyond there duty while other barely did their jobs just nodding and smiling to get to the next customer.
