Found Roaches in the bathroom. We were switched rooms but that was it, plus we were switched from a 2 bed to a king bed so my friend and I had to share a bed the rest of the trip . Plus there was a terrible smell in he bathroom that we couldn't get to go away. We were told "the rooms can get musky" !!! Our "view" was a white brick wall with a huge ass yellow stain. I won't be going back there! If you HAVE to stay there, make sure you get a room in the resort towers! Those rooms (the one we were switched too) were SO much better than the motel 6 quality of the royal towers. When I called after my trip about the roach situation and possibly getting money back for the night in that room or our resort fee back, I was basically told "only the manager dealing with it at that moment can offer anything"
