The hotel itself was nice. However, my fiance got there before me. He wasn't in the room. They told him they needed his debit card but failed to tell him that they were going to put a hold on it. I went the very next day and changed it to my card. Again the front staff gave us bad information saying it would fall off in about 72 hours. We went back home and needed to pay rent. After four hours dealing with Bank, accounting staff, and managers. They told us there was nothing they could do. The accounting staff says their department isn't open on weekends which is why the authorization wasn't taken off. We had to close an account to pay rent. I asked to speak to the GM and was told no. For such a luxurious hotel they don't care about wasting their customers time. I will never go back or recommend this hotel. Poor customer service in the end.
