Caesars Fraudulently Charged my Credit Card when Reservations were Cancelled. I had 3 reservations at Caesars which were made in advance. Due to an Impending Snow Storm (which did close all access to Atlantic City), I cancelled my reservations (I have cancellation numbers and whom I spoke with). The reservations were cancelled 60 hours in advance. I have the confirmation emails from when I made the reservation and they state I have 48 hour to cancel. Upon cancelling the reservations they charged my card a second time for all the rooms, instead of crediting the credit card. I called Caesars and every time the accounting department answered they disconnected the call immediately. So I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Caesars fraudulently provided the credit card company with a 72 hour cancellation policy and is trying to state that I made reservations when they were cancelled. I will NEVER make reservations or stay a Caesars. This is extremely poor business practices and unprofessional.
