Came to this hotel with my family and got horrible service. The women at the front desk was rude. Told us a handicap would be available at 3 didn't get it until 5. She spoke down to us and in a horrible way. We ended up canceling the next day and asked for some sort of refund and she wouldn't give us anything. Restaurant food not too great. Handicap room smelt like cigarettes and weed. (We had a non smoking). Room is very out dated there is no cable on the old school televisions. Bathroom floors were sticky and looked dirty. House keeping went into the room next door at about 11pm and made tons of noise At about 3am we heard a a couple in the room next door doing something inappropriate . Which wasn't ideal with my handicap cap daughter and 6 yr old son. So you can hear everything in these rooms. Would never stay here again.
