I earned a FREE balcony cruise on the Ovation of the Seas this last week. And, I met Shawna, who told me about URcomped. So, I registered and sent copies of my certificate but now I need to call and book the cruise that I want. Am I supposed to wait for something? Or, can I call as I normally have an just book it through Royal Caribbean?

Yes, call like you would normally to book your certificate through Royal., since you are already an active customer of theirs. We'll hook you up with Comps on other cruise lines. :) When you see an offer on your "my offers" page that you want, click claim offer and that will start the booking process. Let us know if you have anymore questions :)
