It was the worst experience... I felt bad for my family. To start with the "help" like valet parking and bell guys are great and friendly but that's pretty much it. Everyone else needs to go to a customer service class... someone said that Asia had good food... ask we ate was pre prepped food... the buffet was much better. All we heard about things we asked for is no we don't have it... simple.things like something to draw on for a 2 year old. To clean the room was a challenge. We called them in the morning at 9 and we left room... our room was still dirty at 4pm. I had to go out to hunt people for clean towels!
