When I arrived at the harris motel my room was reserved for the wrong day....I politly asked for a new room and they were sold out so I politely walked out to get a new room at a different location. I called after the weekend to retain my money back for the room that I never stayed in, people were very rude and not understanding. I was told I was not getting a refund as the room was not available for use, as there were other rooms available. I could understand had they been sold out but were not. Very disrespectful people and not welcoming and apprecative. Will never recommend to anyone. My stays at the Marriott are way more welcoming anyways, should of stuck to what I'm used too.
