This is the first review I've ever done and I had to setup a Google account just to do this one. I give Rio Mar Margaritaville 1star because the review won't allow none. Room wasn't cleaned in a week, we had to request them to empty our trash and had to ask a maid cleaning another room for some clean towels. Fire alarm went off at least twice. Some of the staff were not very friendly and a few were just plain rude. This was our first experience as Wyndham owners and as you might have figured-out, we were not impressed. I could write pages about this but the bottom-line is we are not happy with Rio Mar and certainly not happy with Wyndham.
