I had never had lamb, but was with a Greek girl who truly knew lamb. I also had my wife, and my best friend (who was married to the connoisseur) with me. This was the most delicious meal that I've ever had the pleasure to experience. I gave everyone at the table a taste, and they had DEEP regrets in not ordering the lamb, themselves. We tried to get a recipe, to no avail. If you are there, do not deprive yourself. It's the most incredible dish on the menu. Very impressive!
