i'm giving one star for the relatively easy commute of half an hour from my home. unlike other reviews, i have no complaints on the payouts. its gambling. one should never expect to win, no less win big. but my biggest criticism is the lack on concern and services provided to the customer. on every visit to the casino more than half of the ticket redemption machines are out of service. that is true for the ticket voucher machines as well. so expect long lines at these machines at all times. the bathroom cleanliness has deteriorated as well. and the lines at the food court are long and the staff disinterested. what is desperately needed is new management. if only Resort World had a neighboring competitor, things would turn around real fast. but without competition, we're resigned to this low class, poorly run excuse of a casino.
