I was very disappointed with my stay at the Hollywood slots casino hotel. When I asked for a late check out, I was told all the housekeepers were going home by 11 AM I have never been told I could not get a late checkout at any of the other hotels I've stayed in the past 20 years. To me as a customer, I would assume my needs would be met and possibly the room to be cleaned the following day. The front desk was definitely standoffish and very non-friendly numerous stains throughout the room and in all the elevators smelled like cigarette smoke. To sum it all up, I paid $170 for horrible service a dirty room and not one of my needs met to my satisfaction. I will never be staying at this hotel again due to the horrible service and uncleanliness of the rooms I hope management is able to fix these things because the premises is beautiful outside the Hotel. I also had a horrible night sleep, the beds are a farcry from Marriot standards. If anyone is considering the Hollywood slots Hotel I would highly recommend the newly built Marriot across the street which has a swimming pool and cleaner rooms. Thank you Hollywood slots for ruining my Thanksgiving! I also want to Thank Gabrielle for being very condescending and rude when I related my dissatisfaction. She did a great job interrupting me and offered no apology.
