Some of the machines are defective. The vouchers would snag and often the machines would not read the vouchers. One time when a voucher was crinkled inside a machine we waited over 45 minutes and no one came to service the machine. This was even after I had asked for assistance at the promotions desk. They stated they were already calling for someone else. We never saw anyone at any of the positions where we gambled who was a casino employee. We decided to not return because of the horrible lack of attention to customers stuck at a defective machine, waiting to get their voucher back!
