Probably the worst barber experience I've had in a long time. First I had walked in and the front desk man had told me I needed to make an appointment. There were free barbers available witch was confusing. I paciently waited 2 hours. Once in the chair the barber asked what I wanted and described it to a T with multiple photo references including myself. The barber was very nice unfortunately he did not understand what I wanted and failed to deliver. I asked him to fix it so I could walk out happy because I did not like that particular hair style. He decided he could not make me happy. I explained this to the front desk lady and refused to pay full price until I was happy. She stated "you clearly don't understand how business works." I left. I will never return because of her statment. The customer is always right and walks out happy no matter what. I would have gone back because the barber was a good man and I would have given him another shot, however I will not be returning to this place because of her statement.
