If I could give zero stars I would. Called Carvings Buffet before going and asked specifically if they had a bottomless mimosa brunch and I was told YES. When we went there we were two mimosas in when we were told by our waitress we could not have anymore mimosas because there is a limit of two per person (which is not stated anywhere). Asked to speak to the manager LINDA to explain the false information that was given prior over the phone and she again stated that there is only two per person and that she would talk to our waitress and give us another round. LINDA then came back and was extremely rude and insulting, didn't believe we were over 21 and asked to see our IDs (after we were already served and previously showed our IDs when we first initially purchased the buffet). Not only that, but we never received our other round. Went to complain to the manager of the hotel AL who did absolutely nothing for us but tell us to fill out a comment card (which we all know those get tossed in the garbage). Very unhappy with the service and regret being a rewards member. Will NOT be coming back. Go to Silver Legacy and the FLAVORS Buffet. Way better food, service, and experience not to mention they have bottomless champagne and mimosas. Harrahs needs to step up their game.
