We were married at the Edgewater on May 13th. The ceremony was nice, no complaints about that. It was myself, my husband, a minister and a witness from catering at the hotel. We were told by Robin the charge for the wedding would be about $200.00. We were supposed to get a bottle of champagne and two souvenir champagne glasses. We didn't realize until we returned to our home in Arizona that we didn't get these items, however, there was not a charge to our credit card so we figured since the ceremony lasted about 4 minutes and it was just the 4 of us with no music, flowers, etc (our choice) they weren't going to charge us. Then on 5/30/16 $209.07 was charged to our credit card, so we have tried NUMEROUS times to call the resort to at least get our 2 champagne glasses sent to us but nobody will return our calls. Very disappointing. We loved Laughlin and will definitely go back but will not step foot in the Edgewater.
