Had a dining issue that they screwed up and after a month of we're working on it still no resolution. Poor customer service. Such a simple problem. Well just as I published this the right person from the corporate office called and immediately solved the problem. I had sent them an email in Miami. Now after a month looking forward to the cruise. Never fails you just need to get to the right person.
