Three weeks ago, I was on the MSC Armonia: the ship was the overall best, I have been on since on first cruise 10 years ago on the Disney Magic. The food, service, staff, suite, shows, drinks, etc., were all outstanding. The dining & service both for Suite Dining & Surf & Turf Room, was better than my previous cruise in MSC Seaside Yacht Club. My suite was a nice size and and all meals/snacks were great. There is a midnight snack buffet and outstanding pizza. Also it is the first ship i have been on, with free gelato by the pool. Now the casino has NO ATMs, just like with other MSC ships. Also Armonia, has the smallest casino I have seen at sea; yet there were few if any players most nights. In fact, there were more table players than slot players; this being due to the pathetic slot selection, of games you never heard of. I hope when the ship comes back from dry-dock in December, this is improved! As with other MSC ships, there is no craps table. I would suggest slot players play table games on this cruise, like Three Card Poker. Anyway i would/will go on this ship again in a heartbeat. "Best ship of the four" I have tried, in MSC's fleet. Outstanding officers & crew and finally, great food from MSC ship wide!!! See, after a complete reorganization of the kitchen prep and cooking, (three stripe Beverage Manager told me, this was done four months ago), it is now possible to have outstanding Italian dining, on an Italian ship: MSC Armonia! Don't judge your prior experience with MSC, this ship is completely different & dramatically improved: smallest ship in the line = best food & service!
