Unfortunately, I cannot give less than one star. Negative stars would be more appropriate for this location.
Since they're essentially the only game in town, the customer service is a travesty. You'll likely spend 15-20 minutes wandering around looking for someone to help you. When/if you do manage to find a service representative, they will not know what you are asking and will wander off in search of the correct person.
Contrast this to the store in Chilliwack, where they greet you at the door and ask if there is anything they can do, immediately. If you do need help, they will phone the appropriate rep within seconds and that person will meet you in the department chosen.
