Horrible experience during our one night stay. Customer Service wasn't great at all and The suite /room 586 which "appeared" modern and up to date was terrible! I have pictures to prove it so there is no need to give a false review. My sister and I stayed here for one night and I found a huge roach or water bug inside my luggage the next morning! We requested wash cloth's and once they were delivered 3 different times "BEFORE" the last housekeeper brought decent ones they were thin, wrinkled and shredded on the ends with threads hanging off! The blanket that we requested was disgusting and on the right side corner was a hole or large rip! The bed was supposed to be a King or Queen but what ever it was, EPIC FAIL, as it was more like two very "hard" twin mattress beds, dressed separately, then pushed together with the right side mattress being extending out LONGER than the left side. The shower floor was dirty, the phone in the room was actually missing numbers (yes, the buttons) from the dial pad, the sheets felt dirty, the walls were stained and overall the experience was HORRIBLE!!! Never, ever again! If I were able to post pictures, I would!! I'll be posting them to Trip Advisor so that I can help other travelers make a more informed travel decision!
