This place is at the heart of Cebu City where the famous Larsian Barbeque and the old public park is located. The area provides almost anything from party bars to restaurants, malls, spas, drugstore, etc. Public transportation and taxi cabs are immediately available the moment you stepped out the hotel's lobby. Although it lacks windows, the rooms are cozy.
The hotel's staff are accommodating and friendly, but not attentive specially in the dining area.
Also on the weak side is the bathroom where there is no hot water in its shower which can make bathing so cold if you let the room's airconditioning unit on. There is also no exhaust fan in it that can make the entire bedroom smelly every time you poop inside the bathroom.
