I was so displeased and disappointed that MGM customer service was terrible. I purchased tickets to Charlie Wilson Concert in November for over $100.. when we got there and went to bar at the start of show they were out of Tito’s and Hennessy, then asked for hotdogs they were out said the other show night before drank and ate it. WOW! So it’s my fault that the only show n November was a Sunday night and the added show was a Saturday which i would of purchased that ticket instead bought the liquor and food. After the show went to restaurant TAP and was seated and was told they had no more wings.. we left went to valet and they only had 4 valet persons working and it was Cleve first snow fall 3-5inches or more, and we waited for 40mins to get our car which was full of snow because they don’t have underground or garage parking, and no snow brushes to brush our cars off. This was a terrible night, good concert, venue not so much.
