Our experience this past weekend was terrible. We had dinner at the restaurant. We were under the impression that the buffet was 9.95. The menu said weekend buffet 9.95. When we paid we got a $73 bill for three people. The buffet was small and had only 3 entree choices and 4 sides. What was supposed to be prime rib was raw and it wasn't prime rib. The shrimp was dried out and cold. Once we return to the room to relax and watch TV it wouldn't work properly. We had to stand directly 2 ft in front of the TV to get it to work. A maintenance guy came in to fix it and all he said was oh yea some work and some don't. He left without even attempting to fix the problem. The customer service and comfort level is unacceptable. We will not be staying here again.
