WHERE TO BEGIN,MADE RESERVATIONS WITH JOSH (IT WAS DONE DEAL AND HE KNEW ABOUT COUPON), WITH MY TWO NIGHT FREE STAY ANYTIME COUPON ,I CALLED BACK TO GET CONFIRMATION CODE,JOSH THEN TOLD ME HE WAS JUST INFORMED THEY ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING COUPONS ON THIS WEEKEND AND HAD TO CHARGE ME NOW , MY CHARGE NOW WILL BE 365.00$,AFTER I HAD ALREADY MADE RESERVATIONS.I THEN TALK TO A JOHN HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT ANYTHING(HE WAS IN CHARGE OF JOSH)JOHN THEN TOLD ME TO CALL BACK AND TALK TO ASHLEY.WOW ASHLEY HAD NO CONCERN OR CARE ABOUT THE SITUATION. I HAVE THREE DAYS OFF OF WORK WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO COMING UP THERE. UNFORTUNATELY I WILL NOT BE COMING UP TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.NOR WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS, THANK YOU ASHLEY,JOHN AND JOSH.
