The service was one of the worst I've had. It took about 15 minutes for a waitress to come over to our table to take our drink order. After giving our drink order, it took 30-45 minutes to receive our drinks including water. Food took an hour to get after ordering, but it was cold. Another couple we were with didn't get their food until 2 hours after ordering. We were offered our food to be comped but some people in our group were still charged and had to take it to the manager. In addition, we were comped a round of drinks of the same thing we were drinking. We ordered call liquors but we were brought well liquors. The staff spilled multiple drinks for our tables. Our waitress did apoligize for the wait, but she never checked in on us for water refills. Although busy and a Friday night, not all the tables were full and they were clearly understaffed and not very efficient. The smoke was very thick in the hotel lobby and restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant or hotel to anyone.
