I'm giving it four because that's what I believe it's supposed to be. I'm not sure where the line is between a four and five star hotel. Easily the nicest hotel I've stayed in. My room has a great view of the tower. Little noisy from Seoul traffic, but that's unavoidable. Great location.
Some amenities I'd expect in the states aren't here, but it's more than made up for with the excellent service and friendly employees. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent and it has a very nice fitness center.
Cans and shuttle buses are easily gotten and the staff will happily help you overcome a language barrier with the drivers. They also have a card with the name and address of the hotel that you can take with you for the return trip. Just hand it to the cab driver and you're good to go.
Lastly, while the staff of the hotel are extremely courteous and well groomed, I'd almost swear they hired all of their female staff from beauty pageants. Absolutely lovely and nice as can be.
