If I could rate this hotel a "0" I, would! It is by far the WORST hotel in Las Vegas we have ever stayed at. We payed the extra $20 to upgrade our room and it looked like a Motel 6 room. The bathtub had a huge crack in it that if you weren't careful you could cut your foot. Our room had not been cleaned for almost two days. When we put in a complaint, the hotel moved us to another room. We accidentally forgot our cellphone chargers. When my husband went back to the old room, the cleaning lady literally had both chargers in her hand. She would not hand them over to my husband because apparently she had to process the chargers. The stupid lady put the incorrect room number and needless to say, we never got our chargers back. The hotel thought that by giving us two other random chargers that had been left behind, would fix the problem. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I will do everything that I can to spread the word. ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE! !!!!!
