The location and Hash House A Go Go are the positives for this hotel. Because it is right by Fremont street, you have a lot of entertainment right outside your door. The restaurant I mentioned was amazing and we kept going back. Now for the negatives..
1. The staff is rude and incredibly slow. We got there at 1045 on Friday night to check in and waited almost an hour. Then checking out was the same boat. If a hotel employee is reading this-Jamel should not be in the service industry.
2. I reserved a King room and received 2 queens and the problem was not remedied.
3. The rooms and hotel in general are dingy and smell old. Very tiny bathrooms and don't even have refrigerators or commonplace amenities.
4. The pool was closed for our last day(which no one informed us of) so we had to walk to a neighboring hotel.
5. The dealers were not fun and interactive. Every where else we went they joked around and cheered you on. Not the case at the Plaza.
This was my first time in Vegas and I would NEVER book with the Plaza again.
