I booked a non smoking room they put me in a smoking room. I call down to get it fixed they tell me they don't have any non smoking available till the next day. The smoking room was awful like someone for 30 years has been smoking in there. Even the bedding was permeated with the smell and made us sick. Then housekeeping came into our room at 930am even tough we had our do not disturb sign on the door. Our mothers room was broken into on Sunday while we were at the pool. They stole their phones, purse, shoes, clothes and jewelry. Only for the hotel to take a report and waive 1 day of the resort fee. This was a trip for my daughters 21st bday, the trip was ruined with all of the issues. We had 5 rooms booked and spent a lot of money here only to be disappointed....left feeling unsatisfied for a 5 day vacation ??
