We stayed at the Coral Towers for a week in the end of March. Prior to our stay we had tried to reach The Atlantis to book restaurant reservations, private fitness classes, club nights, and massages for our group. We continuously had to call/email and leave messages because no one would call us back. After speaking to several Directors of Guest Services we were assured everything was confirmed and even received email confirmations and price details. Upon our arrival our room was not ready. We did not get our room until the following day without even an I'm sorry. We wasted the entire first two days waiting to get our room and having to check with the front desk every hour. None of the blow dryers in the 4 rooms we had booked worked- they brought up additional blowdryers, but don't waste your time- They don't work. The tv's don't work and the phone don't work either. The wall outlets had no covers and were barely enough in the room. The confirmations for the activities we had booked in advance and had email proof did not matter- they would just not show up for their service, but we were still charged- yup we were charged for extra massages and workout classes! Watch your charges carefully, they sneak in small additional charges in everything- so expect to find $20-$45 additional on every charge. Absolutely no customer service. Worst stay ever! We are never going back to the Bahamas and if we do we absolutely will never stay at The Atlantis.
