used my aspiration 1 trip here only cuz the other harrahs in cherokee nc was full....this place is a joke.....no pool... no hottub....no restaurants....really no amenities of any kind....hotel and casino less than a year old.....rooms are nice and new but casino is very weak.....no poker room either....casino more like a big square metal box with some slots and a few tables.....employees are also clueless.....took 30mins to checkin even tho i was only one in line.....clerk had no idea what an aspiration trip was and had to wait for mgr and she wasnt sure either so i had to explain to her how it worked and explain the $100 folio credit......after a nap i hit food court and when i went to chqrge food back to the room there was a computer glitch that claimed i had already checked out even tho i still had room for 2 more days....mgr at food court made me leave tray of food sitting at register to get cold and made me go get things straightened out with front desk before they would even sell it to me.....front desk claimed that my reservation had been cancelled due to late arrival but they finally fixed it after having to scratxh n claw and battle with they ass......what a disaster
