I booked 2 rooms for the weekend through a 3 rd party booking service and when i got to the front desk (Veronica)... she told me it was only one room, i had a confirmation for 2 rooms and they only wanted to give me one ... i had to wait 1 1/2 at the front desk ... so embarrassing and frustrating !!!! so i called today (Monday) and i talk to JAMAL (mgr) he gave me the worse customer service i have ever had to encounter with!!!! He offered me some bs discounted rate during the week, which I can purchase much cheaper with any website. I don't know how you run your business but this is not the way to treat your customers. I purchased 2 rooms, because I had family come here from another country to visit and I was standing there like an idiot and had to argue about the second room which I already paid for!!!!! I felt like I was treated not like a customer who is paying for the luxury that I want, but like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay at your hotel. I will never come back here and will make sure that others will know about the awful experience I had at your hotel.
